Key Requirements
Bachelor’s/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
7–8 years of experience in O&G or industrial sectors.
Mandatory experience in a fabrication environment.
Proven experience in manpower management as per client schedules.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Primavera and SAP.
Strong project coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
Monitor project progress and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
Prepare and maintain project reports, schedules and documentation.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials and equipment.
Monitor work progress against planned schedules and take corrective action where required.
Ensure compliance with project, quality and HSE requirements.
