Bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering, Construction Management or related field.
5–10 years of relevant project/construction/engineering experience, with 3–5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
Experience in real estate, commercial buildings, retail, fit-out or contracting; Qatar/GCC experience preferred.
Manage projects from planning through execution, commissioning and handover, including schedules, manpower, materials and resources.
Coordinate engineers, contractors, consultants and suppliers while monitoring progress, cost, quality and timelines.
Ensure technical, HSE and quality compliance, manage variations/risks, resolve issues and maintain project reports/documentation.
