Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Law or related field.
10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects, with strong Contracts Administration experience.
Handle contracts, subcontracts, supplier agreements, change orders, claims and variations.
Review contractual terms, ensure compliance, and manage contractual correspondence and reporting.
Support claims negotiation, risk management and contract breach resolution.
Strong knowledge of contract law, risk management and negotiation.
CPCM/CCM certification and EPIC, shutdown or manpower supply experience will be an advantage.
