Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
3–6 years of relevant cost control experience; F&B or restaurant industry experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage costing, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.
Experience in recipe costing, menu profitability, portion control, and wastage monitoring is an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Excel, POS systems, and inventory/ERP software.
