Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer Engineering from a recognized university.
MMUP/UPDA registration as Grade A in Computer Engineering or related specialty – Mandatory.
10+ years of relevant experience in GIS, Geospatial, IT, or Computer Engineering, with strong GIS Business Development exposure.
Minimum 5 years in a management/team-leadership role.
Strong experience in client relationship management, business development, technical proposals, RFPs and tender submissions.
Good knowledge of GIS/geospatial technologies, industry trends and engineering standards.
