Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
A postgraduate qualification in Project Management or a relevant professional certification is an advantage.
25–30 years of overall experience in project planning, scheduling, and project controls.
Proven experience working with a Project Management Consultant (PMC) is preferred.
Mandatory experience in at least one data centre project.
Strong background in large-scale construction, infrastructure, or data centre projects.
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM), project controls, forecasting, and reporting.
Demonstrated experience managing complex project schedules, progress measurement, and performance analysis.
Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
