Head – Sales & Leasing

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Real Estate.

Minimum 10–12 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, and property management.

Proven experience leading sales and leasing teams and achieving revenue and occupancy targets.

Strong skills in client relationship management, lease negotiations, market analysis, and business development.

Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.

Strong leadership, planning, reporting, and customer service skills.
