Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in the construction or civil engineering industry.
Strong expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, tendering, and cost control for civil projects.
Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contracts.
Proficient in estimation software and MS Excel.
Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and civil engineering standards.
Experience in industrial, commercial, or logistics projects is preferred.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
