B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
Experience in Civil Works and quantity surveying.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQs, tendering, budgeting, and contract administration.
Ability to review drawings, specifications, and prepare accurate project cost estimates.
Proficient in estimation software and MS Excel.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
