Diploma or Degree in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Senior Pastry Chef in hotels, restaurants, bakeries, or cafes.
Experience in producing artisan breads, cakes, pastries, desserts, chocolates, and confectionery items.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dessert decoration, and food presentation.
GCC or Qatar experience is preferred.
