Diploma or Degree in Bakery, Pastry Arts, Culinary Arts, or Hotel Management.
5–8 years of experience as a Bakery Chef, Senior Baker, or Head Baker in hotels, bakeries, cafés, or restaurants.
Strong expertise in artisan bread, laminated doughs, cakes, pastries, and commercial bakery production.
knowledge of baking techniques, ingredient functionality, and food safety standards.
GCC or Qatar experience is highly preferred.
