- Bachelor’s degree in business /commerce/ management or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in manpower planning, workforce planning, or resource planning.
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term manpower plans aligned with business and project requirements.
- Experience and working knowledge of Oracle ERP.
- Prior experience in Oil & Gas will be preferred.
