Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, HSE, Environmental Science, or related discipline.
Minimum 10 years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas, EPC, or Offshore projects, with mandatory offshore exposure.
Lead and oversee HSE compliance, risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, and safety programs for offshore operations.
Strong knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, PTW systems, emergency response, and international HSE standards
