Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of HR experience with a strong focus on employee onboarding.
Mandatory Qatar HR experience.
Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law, HR documentation, and onboarding procedures.
Proficiency in MS Office; HRMS experience is an added advantage.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple onboarding activities with accuracy and confidentiality.
