Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related discipline.
20+ years of experience in EPC, shutdown, and maintenance projects, with proven operations management experience.
Oversee manpower operations, valve shop, machine shop, transport, and daily agency activities.
Develop operational strategies, optimize workflows, and manage project resources and budgets.
Strong leadership, budgeting, resource planning, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing manpower supply operations is highly preferred.
Proficiency in operational software and reporting tools.
