Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration (IT) or related field
Minimum 5 years of working experience with enterprise content management systems, such as Microsoft SharePoint, OpenText, Documentum or Alfresco.
Responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
Responsible for configuring and optimizing ECM platforms, managing content workflows & ensuring data integrity and security.
Implement records management tools and maintain collaboration tools.
Certifications in ECM, such as AIIM’s Certified Information Professional (CIP) or MS Sharepoint certifications or equivalent
