Assistant HR Manager

MBA in HR / Management or equivalent.
10–15 years of HR experience, including 10 years in a similar role.
Strong experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll, and HR operations.
Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR policies.
Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal and employee-coaching skills.
Handle HR compliance, compensation & benefits, employee records, appraisals and conflict resolution
