Engineering degree required; a Master’s degree is an advantage.
Minimum 12 years of international experience, including 10+ years in Qatar, in major infrastructure planning and design projects.
Experience in urban road design, pavement rehabilitation, railway engineering, metro projects, traffic studies, and transportation modelling.
Experience in design and construction supervision, including site construction experience.
Strong knowledge of international engineering standards and codes.
Middle East project experience is essential.
Bilingual candidates preferred.
Strong leadership, planning, organization, and time management skills.
