Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (LLB/ BA in commercial law) is a must and MBA is preferred (legal background).
Minimum 8 years’ experience in a law firm with industrial clients or at a MNC’s (with diversified business) corporate law department.
Obtains necessary files and prepare the require documents for a court case/ affidavits/contracts/ banking related matters for the legal councils.
Work with legal councils to prepare all documents required to form corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.
Excellent computer skills, e.g. Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel
