Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 9–10 years of relevant procurement experience in the Oil & Gas EPC industry.
Hands-on experience in buying, RFQs, quotation evaluation, and PO management.
Good knowledge of SAP/Oracle and MS Office.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Locally available candidates in Qatar are preferred.
Full end-to-end procurement cycle experience is not mandatory
