Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying or related discipline; MMUP Grade A registration preferred.
Minimum 15+ years of experience in quantity surveying and contract management for infrastructure projects, with pumping station experience mandatory.
Strong expertise in FIDIC contracts, claims, variations, extension of time (EOT), valuations, and commercial dispute resolution.
Experience in assessing contractor claims, monthly valuations, SI/VO submissions, and contract administration.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary project teams.
