Engineering degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering with specialisation in Quantity Surveying.
8–10 years of relevant experience, including 5–6 years in LNG or petrochemical plants.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), material orders, progress reports, and monthly valuations.
Conduct site inspections and verify completed work and contractor invoices.
Monitor quantities and costs for scaffolding, painting, insulation, and civil services.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant quantity surveying applications; SAP Maintenance knowledge is an advantage.
Valid Qatar driving licence and good English communication skills.
