Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Shall have minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in Building, infrastructure and communication in the respective functional area.
Shall have a minimum of two (2) years management experience in establishment, operation and maintenance of a quality management system in accordance with applicable international standard.
Capability of developing and implementing quality system, quality plans, work procedures and inspection plans.
Preferably be a Registered Lead Auditor with IRCA.
