Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum 15 years of experience in Public Relations, Stakeholder Management, or Public Communications, with at least 10 years in customer/public service.
Experience handling public complaints, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and community relations on infrastructure or construction projects.
Liaise with government authorities, municipalities, MOI, traffic police, embassies, and project stakeholders.
Coordinate public awareness campaigns, issue notices/flyers, and support public communication initiatives.
Bilingual (written & spoken) with strong communication and computer skill
