Bachelor’s Degree in bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (master’s preferred).
Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
Strong experience in EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation & Commissioning), Shutdown, Sales – Oil & Gas, and Manpower Supply.
PMP certification or proven Project & Operations Management experience preferred.
Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
Manage EPC Oil & Gas project execution, site coordination, and construction activities.
Lead and supervise Project Engineers to ensure project KPIs, quality, HSE, and timely project delivery.
Plan, monitor, and control project budgets, resources, schedules, and operational performance.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion and continuous operational improvement.
