Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Power Transmission products such as Mechanical Seals, Bearings, Lubricants, Couplings, Belts, and Gearboxes.
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve division targets.
Lead and mentor the sales team while managing key customer and OEM partner relationships.
Strong technical knowledge and experience serving Oil & Gas, Power, Cement, and Industrial sectors.
Experience in sales forecasting, business development, and strategic account management within the Middle East market.
