Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant Risk Management experience, preferably in insurance.
Knowledge of ERM frameworks, risk methodologies, and regulatory requirements.
CRMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and risk/compliance systems
