Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in drafting, BIM modeling, and technical drawing production within design consultancy or PMC projects.
Support the PMC team by producing accurate technical drawings and 3D models across all project phases.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D software such as Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent BIM tools.
Solid understanding of architectural, structural, MEP, and civil coordination requirements.
