Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field (Master’s/Professional Certification preferred).
Minimum 12–18 years of experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or international trade, with leadership experience.
Strong expertise in customs regulations, import/export operations, 3PL/4PL logistics, compliance, and stakeholder management.
Experience in strategic planning, customs operations, SOP development, cost optimization, and team leadership.
Proficient in ERP systems, customs documentation, process automation, and performance reporting.
