High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in sales and/ or customer service
Handle incoming telephone calls and respond to various enquiries in order to provide clarity and direction to customers.
Ensure that the customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Bilingual candidates are preferred.
