Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering
7+ years of total experience, including industrial project experience
Strong knowledge of concrete inspection and preparation of professional reports
Familiarity with QCS, Quality Management Systems, and international standards
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD
Good understanding of site safety requirements
Excellent English communication skills
