Chief Financial Officer

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 10 years of progressive finance and accounting experience, preferably with substantial FMCG exposure.
Experience in a CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, or senior finance leadership role.
Strong understanding of FMCG business models, distribution networks, inventory management, pricing, margins, and trade promotions.
Excellent knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial controls.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, audit, and regulatory compliance.
Experience with ERP systems and advanced financial reporting tools.
Strong analytical, strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
