Brand Manager – Food & Beverage

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience in F&B Operations with 3-4 years in a multi-unit managerial position.
Planning, implementing and measuring marketing & social media initiatives.
Overall see the performance of all activities within the company and make sure the brand image is protected and maintained.
Strong understanding of HACCP standards and expectations.
