Assistant Facility Manager (Mall)

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering AND/OR Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in facilities management, with a strict minimum of 5 years specifically within a major Shopping Mall or large-scale retail development.
Proficient in operating Building Management Systems (BMS), Computer-Aided Facility Management (CAFM/CMMS) software, and AutoCAD.
Supervise outsourced service providers for MEP maintenance, cleaning, security, landscaping, pest control, and waste management.
Professional engineering licenses (e.g., MMUP/UPDA in Qatar, or equivalent regional engineering body registration).
