Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
Fifteen years of work experience, with minimum 5–6 years of relevant GCC experience in real estate, commercial properties, or facilities management sectors.
Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow reports, and variance analysis for asset portfolios.
Coordinate with facilities management and operations teams to ensure efficient maintenance and smooth asset operations.
Identify operational and financial risks and recommend mitigation measures.
